Phenotypic Search

The phenotypic search allows the selection of accessions on the basis of characterisation and evaluation data. On the one hand, it is possible to search using reference values of accessions. In this context, reference values are the oldest expressions of a trait that have been defined as valid by the curators. This means that they describe what a particular accession should typically look like. On the other hand, pre-compiled data sets of entire experiments can also be searched for.
